The Side Street Doormats

So, The Side Street Doormats.....

Well originally the band was set up as a joke, with the sole purpose to record a cover version of Shakira's song "Hips Don't Lie"..

So, they did that and in the process realised that they worked well as a band, they then began to rehearse in LOOP STUDIOS in Dublin.

Using their time in LOOP very well they wrote a selection of original songs, ranging from the Ramones influneced "The Barcode Song" to The FunkRock "Cash In/Sell Out"

The band recently spent a week recording in Sean's house and the recordings are currently being mixed for inclusion on the bands debut C.D.
