OPEN DOOR POLICY are an alternative pop punk/rock outfit hailing from Dundalk in the northeast of Ireland. Formed in March 2005 the line-up includes Keith McCormick (Vocals/Bass), Karl Fairman (Guitar), and Craig McCann (Drums).

Drawing from influences such as "Jimmy Eat World", "Fall Out Boy", and "Incubus", the band's sound combines infectious melody and clever dynamics to create energetic songs brimming with explosive choruses and lyrical positivity.

Having recently performed a series of well received shows in such high-profile venues as the Spirit Store (Dundalk), Temple Bar Music Centre (Dublin),Cyprus Avenue and Cruiscin Lan (Cork), OPEN DOOR POLICY are steadily gaining a loyal following nationwide.
