We are M2O Records!!! The new and rising music recording firm, coming out straight of the streets of Washignton, DC. We are a group of motivated individuals, who have rised to the occasion, to search for and discover, new and undercover talent, to promote and take young artist, and put them on their way to enter the highly competitive business of recording.
Influences
Our influences include the leaders who have paved the way for all the youth after them. Personally, I am influenced by DrDre,J.Dilla,Timbaland,Jay-Z,KRS One and, many more. I can confidently say that everyone in the company has huge plans for our future as well as for the company.

Let Talk about Our Viral Marketing!
5 months agoIn this modern age of technology. The world of advertising and marketing has tremendously changed. We used different tactics to promote ticket sales. On them being Viral Marketing. Viral Market in a nutshell meaning any marketing technique that uses Web sites or users to pass on a marketing messages to other sites or users, creating a potentially exponential growth in the message's visibility and effect.
During the weeks before the concert we open a company group page on the popular social networking Facebook.com. Facebook is a really useful site, seeing that it allowed groups to reach a mass numbers of potential fans. It allows you to send messages to them and also update them about events and activities. Along with photos and videos.
Another method we used was mass FWD text messages.

The GOOD, the BAD, and the UGLY
though the concert was a sucess i do have to admit that it was a treacherous road to get there. backstage was crazy, everytime the cutains closed, i was runnig across it telling the artist who was going next. i had to run to the audiance area multiple times in order to make sure the sound was right, and if it wasn't then i would let the audio engineer know and he would fix it.

Ay dis ur boi Gryd showing some love.....and uhhh the m2o concert was the best...yes!!! Ummm a ton of people asked me how i felt before ,and after my performances...well, i wasn't very nervous. In fact i was looking forward to it. Mainly winning which Al Jenkins and i both did did. Overall, the concert was the BEST!!!!!! so M2O fo life!

Our concert was VICIOUS.
The 1st concert we ever ran and the outcome was great.
behind the scenes was crazy. From practicing to preparing to performing it was a complete adrenaline rush and exciting. AND DeAngelo from Making the Band came. Man, I haven't seen him since we were living in the same Apt building. I'm dead serious.

Well....with me being the one who made most of the instrumentals for the artist who performed, i was pleased by what I saw. Especially Jasmine's performance.
