About Us

Forbidden Son are a 3 piece rock/metal band from Cork who have been together for the past year and a halfish, featuring Barry Wilson on Drums, Jamie Stanton on Guitar and Vocals and the newest member of the group, Pete Wilson on Bass and Backing Vocals. Forbidden Son have moulded their own sound from melody and hard cutting riffs to mellow and easy listening licks. (Nicely phrased) They have released their self-titled debut album in the Half Moon last august, 06 and have another album on the way due in easter 2007. We would like to thank everyone whos support us and hopefully some more new comers to the forbidden son groupie list!! a special thanks to kevin barry our previous bass player who contributed to our reputatuion so much and all the bass playin he done with us!
