Meetings/Work from Galway Retreat
9 months agoI tell you, nothing can stop us! Despite the fact that we didn't have any wireless internet coverage or a laptop that worked (*evil eyes at Snips*) We managed to narow down our bands, we'll have them decided by the end of the week, and complie the results of two setd of questionnaires! We RULE quite frankly. Plus we got to meditiate and sing and play Nitendo DS for two days. So it was pretty much fab.
Meeting out of school
9 months agoWe had another meeting in Richard's house yesterday evening, monday the 12th November, and we discussed some major points. We did the financials and finalised the business plan and it'll be sent off tomorrow. We came up with some more ideas on the theme for the gig in January. Sinead also went through a list we got from the theatre about rules and regs and stuff. We also touched briefly on uniforms and the theme of the company in general.

10 months agoMany of the managers and other MMC staff were missing today, due to another school activity, so we didn't have a formal meeting. We discussed selling the CDs in the local shopping centre to go towards the charity part of the programme at christmas. We also looked at some example business plans and saw what needed to go into ours. Niall is comming to mentor us tomorrow so we will gte lots more info off him too.

10 months agoOk, so yesterday we had our second weekly meeting. The first thin gmentioned was the business plan, because even though its not due in till November we still have to get a lot of work done, after this week we're gonna be off school for two weeks solid with no meetings so it'll have to be ready when we get back. We also gave out the site password and decided that we'd have a second weekyl meeting because people weren't fully up to date on things that were happening in the company. We also decided that the current porvisiolan logo would have to be changed.
