Hello! We are Funky Thursday!

The band consists of four 5th year Gonzaga students:

Neil Fitzpatrick (Vocals, rythmn guitar)
Michael Flanagan (Lead Guitar, Backing vox)
Tiernan O'Sullivan (Bass)
Conor Barry (Drums, Backing Vocals)

We formed juuuust over a year ago for our schools Battle of the Bands thing ("Zagapalooza" they called it). We had such a good time playing at that that we stuck together to this day! Since then we've been writing songs and playing gigs, winning a few Battle of The Bands Competitions along the way (Ranelagh Arts Festival, Zagapalooza 08...) and we hope to continue to write and gig as long as were having fun.

We kinda havnt decided exactly what type of music we play. Lets say for now that its Funky. And it may remind you of a certain thursday long ago...

We've recorded a few of our songs on home recording software that can only be described as "very basic" (keep that in mind while listening maybe!). Hope you like the music!

Anyway these days gigs are hard to come by and we take every gig we get. Seriously... eeeeeevery gig.... Feel free to ask!
