this is the closing of our blastbeat experience is approaching quick.The experence has been very benefitul.this module we have done many things.
-attended world finals which was amazing
-all finance
-business strategy
-public relations strategy

the world records,held in tripod hardcourt st was awesome,with bands from all over the world coming to play N.Y,L.A,South Africa,belgium,ireland alll attended with the gerads band "hotstop" winning in the end with an afternoon of high talent.our glowstick sold well at the concert also we sold 300. our concert was held in radio city on the 8th od december bands like KOAB,Boy turns Hero,Chain Fire,ilicit,home star runnner,head start,star turtle all played.
we would like to thank our co-ordinator humphrey jones and robert stephenson forgiving us the opportunity to do this project.

Hey all,how are things? All is good here.We are just finishing up on the Module 3 work,which is quite intense:P.
On the 12th a couple of members went off to the World Finals.It was really great to be there + see Rob and Niall.The Bands were amazing also.Congratulations to HotStop.Well done also to the bands that were flown in.The level of talent was outstanding! I loved "The Micheal Craig band from NY. Absolutely amazng.We sold some glow sticks at the concert so you might have seen us there!That went suprisingly well!
Thanks to Rob for putting it all togther.Amazing!The BEst concert i have been too in a while!

Monthly Blog:
Well this month has been good so far.We have finished the bands and they are confirmed.We have ordered our posters which are soon to arrive from reads,who do all the posters for Blastbeat.I have faith in Niall that he will get them done to a good quality etc.
The Tickets have been ordered to(in red so nope off the cheapo's can copy them.)
we all can't wait for the concert,we have sold 120 tickets out of a school of 295,so that is pretty impressive,thanks to Josh , Seb and Anna.We have also sold a good few Cd's so we are already and have basically paod for the lump sum of the concert.All the rest should be easy enough.

The Who gig review

The Who Concert Reveiw from Cork in July
The gig,it was great.At first they started playing all the really old stuff.Then they started to play some of the new stuff that was a bit more well known.There was plenty of the music appreciators there,however i did feel a bit out of place seeing as most people were there with their wives etc..i felt young but was loving the music!!
Then they played the famous baba o reilly,the crowd roared and scremed as the long intro got going.The light show was immense.It was the best i had ever seen,but they are renowned for there amazing light show.
The thing that spoiled it was roger doltary walking out with a coffee cup,it made there image look really old.In the end we had a great night,we drove out of cork city blaring the who album with a bit of Pink floyd blowing out the window too.

review of home star runners gig in the half moon theatre cork.

the gig began slowly, a small crowd, everyone textin' that blast space message along before paying. the smaller stage of the half moon was used, the front half. the first bands were very good! given that there wasn't much of an audience there at the start. overplay and KVX go the crowd stirring a bit especially with overplays cover of 'misery business' (sung very well!) and some muse covers. KVX in there halloween outfits obviously dressed to impress with the whole pajamas thing happn'in!
Home Star Runner were amazing, they had a very clear, good sound coming outta those amps and they performed exquisitely! by this time there was a huge crowd! people flocking in and they loved it. the band were taking there job very seriously, they know their doing all this for a bit of success rather than pure craic. i don't know how they could breath though! lead singer stephen was wearing so many clothes! yet still hung onto those perfect notes.
there new hits 'game over' and 'go get'm joey greco' got the crowd bouncin. and some old ones went down well. rob stevenson was there fathering the boys as he does, taking hundreds of pictures!! all can be seen on blast space photos (gotta get the word in there!) unfortunately i left a bit early so i missed the impressionist but luckily their videos are posted everywhere so i heard them! im so sorry hat i missed fade to flame though! a brilliant band to second them in there album opening gig. alas.. i had t go trick'r treating some time.

the boys of Home Star Runner were great in at halloween and deserve every triumph and praise. thanks for reading!

world records has finaly got past its teething problems, name etc. we're still working on a logo though, we have some good ideas but nothing final as some of them wouldn't work on a black tshirt so we might do two of them, our schools on a long weekend and we are having a meeting tuesday evening, at which robert's coming to to see how we are going, and should get some pictures taken then so our blank website should become less blank
