Sideproject is a Cork based post rock 5 piece which formed in early 2006.Since its formation the band has been fortunate enough to have shared the stage with superb acts such as God Is An Astronaut, Stanley Super 800, Delorentos,Vesta Varro and Fight Like Apes aswell as supporting London illumanaries Cars In Walls and local legends Rest on their national tours respectively. The bands debut EP 'Take Shelter From The Stars' was recorded with the fantastic Ross O Donovan (Waiting Room's “Catering for Headphones” and Cars in Wall's "Seven Cars In A Room") and is available in Plugd Records. This Summer will see the band embark on their first co-headline tour of the country with local greats Burn Us Both.It will also see the superb David Lynch (ex-Standard Deviation) behind the kit for Sideproject.
