About Us

Since forming in the summer of 2005 Odium have performed original music across the Leinster and Dublin scene. The style is alternative metal, but is also laden with contrasts, experimenting with many different styles and genres. In January of 2006 the band recorded and released their first EP Speed of the Shot. Since then the band have gigged regularly through out the city and surrounding counties, landing a first prize at a contest in the autumn which led to the recording of their second release Questions Unanswered, Voices Unheard in January 2007. The band are currently recording their forthcoming full album, yet to be named.
