Madison Grey arose from the ashes of a band by the name of the Fez Armada. Lawrence and Charlie started writing and recording music separately from the rest of the band. Their first born was named Fiestatita. Named after the little two person party that created it. Soon after that Charlie and Lawrence realized that this was what they wanted to be doing so the left the Fez Armada and Martino came with them. Lawrence and Charlie continued to write and record music but soon they wanted to share it with the world. So they brought on Nicky as their live engineer. And so Madison Grey and the Bold Soul Providers was born.

Now a days things look a little different. Nicky has started to become much more a part of the creative process, writing both the melody in The Rest Is Silence as well as the whistle melody in Too Handsome For A Traffic Jam. Martino is still Martino, doing Martino things. Charlie and Lawrence are still expanding in their musical tastes and are writing music all the time.

Over all, the reason for Madison Grey is to have as much fun as possible all the time.
