Are four friends from Ballycastle, a small seaside town amidst the windswept wilderness that is the North Antrim Coast and Glens.
Angus formed from the remnants of an older project "21st Century Caveman" in the winter of 2007, when Ciarán Mc Michael (Guitar) Patrick "Ahoy" Mc Gowen (Drums) and David Hill (Formally guitar now Bass)decided to start a Hard rock cover band, playing songs by AC/DC and Thin Lizzy.
The main concern of the band at this time was finding a long term bass play, but whens David's new found friend and fellow lover of Rock came on the scene, David took on the role of long term bassist and left Rhythm guitar for the talented Blaine Mc Neill.
The band moved from strength to strength, gigging and writing there own material. In January 2008 Angus decided the time was right to go into the studio, with demoing and writing finished they decided to realease a 4 track Ep named "The Road to Rock"
Currently the band are in transition between Drummers. At the moment "A Third Time Lucky's" drummer Daniel Edgerton is filling in while a new drummer is found or Ahoy retakes his position behind the kit.

The Regional Finals are soon approaching!!! With some of the most impressive band showcasing their tallents it looks as though it will be an amasing gig!!! With two of our own band's ,Spitvalve and Mucky's Wall' among two of the very talented line up!!!So if you just so happen to be in Cork this weekend please come and check out our bands!!!With already a staggering amount of interest there is sure to be a great turn out!!It's taking place this Sunday the 6th of april in The Halfmoon Theatre in Cork City from 2-6pm! Tickets are €12 on the door and €8 with a flyer!!! So grab a cople of friends and head down to the Halfmoon Theatre and show your much appricated support!!!
