I think that you are in with an excellent chance -I think that it will be down to how well you present at the finsl and to how well you network online and get supporters to go to the finals as to who wins this as you all did such a good job so far..
Hows the chess going ? I hope that you will no be away doing chess tournaments on the 24th Nov?

Great to hear form you - I am so looking forward to the Blastbeat finals in Cape Town - and we got a great venue for it ..I will come down maybe a few days or more before hand and maybe we can meet up then?
Congrats on your marketing job - they are lucky people to have you!
It would be great if you can just do your maximum to motivate your team to promote the event and to make a great presentation and sell a consignment of tickets for the Finals..( your company will earn commission too)
What's the news with the company - are you going to win this - ? Have you thought about your presentation ?
